Dimitrios P. Trivizas
Dimitrios P. Trivizas is a partner in Reveliotis Law, P.C. where he concentrates his practice on real estate law. Dimitri places particular emphasis on real property tax management by challenging property valuations and therefore, property tax liabilities ensuring not only a competitive advantage as well as positive return on investment but an overall property tax relief for our clients.
During his career, Dimitri has been extensively engaged in counseling, performing due diligence investigations and regularly representing lenders, investors, owners and developers in connection to the acquisition, development, financing, litigation and sale of a wide variety of asset classes and real property types throughout Illinois.
His background in the sciences, breath of experience and capabilities in both the transactional and dispute resolution sides of real estate, lend themselves well to the Firm’s areas of practice and has resulted in particular experience in working with all interested parties in achieving substantive real property tax savings for our individual and corporate clientele.
